Our Commitment to You

At Sol Esthetics & Wellness, we are committed to providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for each of our clients. To ensure every visit flows with ease and respect—for both client and practitioner—please take a moment to read through our spa policies.

Understanding Our Policies

Our spa policies outline the legal guidelines and regulations for visitors and clients engaging with our services. We strive to establish a transparent and respectful relationship with all individuals interacting with our spa.

Booking &  Appointments

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. While we welcome walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed and will be accommodated only as time allows.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in, ensure your needed forms are completed, and use the restroom if needed. 
We take bookings via phone call, WhatsApp, email, and through our social media messaging. 

New Client Deposit

A $20 deposit is required for all new clients to confirm your first appointment. This deposit is applied to your service but will be forfeited in the case of a no-show. A deposit link will be sent to you in which you can enter your payment information. You may also come in to make the payment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. 

We appreciate your understanding—it helps us honor the time and energy we set aside just for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens—we get it. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours prior to your appointment time.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 6 hours will incur a 25% late cancellation fee based on the service booked.

  • No-shows will also be charged 25% of the scheduled service.

  • We graciously forgive one late cancellation or reschedule as a courtesy. After that, fees will apply.

Late Arrivials

We respect your time and that of others. If you arrive too late for your service to be completed within the remaining time, your appointment will be forfeited and the late cancellation fee will apply. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for purchase in spa, in any dollar amount, not by service. Gift cards have an expiration of 5 years from the purchase date marked on the card. Remaining balances are marked on the card should it not use it in full. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced cards. We do not track the sales of Gift Cards. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Age Requirements 

Our services are thoughtfully designed for individuals 18 years and older.
Minors aged 13 and up may receive select services with a parent or guardian’s written consent, and must be accompanied to the appointment.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Sol Esthetics & Wellness and ensure the safety of all guests, children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the treatment area or waiting area. Children over the age of 8 may wait in the waiting area if the appointment is not more than 30 minutes. Sol Esthetics & Wellness is not responsible for any child left unattended in the waiting area.

This allows us to maintain a serene, focused environment for all clients to relax, heal, and enjoy their experience fully.

Payments & Gratuity

We accept credit cards, cash, and mobile payments. Gratuity is always appreciated and recommended as cash, some techs may accept PayPal. 

Health & Safety

Your health and well-being are our top priorities. If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule—we’ll gladly help you find a new time.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent use of products like retinoids or acne medications, which may affect your treatment.

Privacy & Professional Boundaries 

Sol Esthetics & Wellness is a sacred, professional space rooted in respect. All services are provided with the highest standards of discretion, consent, and care. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who arrives under the influence, behaves disrespectfully, poses a safety concern, or violates spa policies.
